Are Electronic Cigarettes Really Smoking Cessation Cigarettes?

However, there are several limitations to the use of electronic cigarettes. First, the number of nicotine that an individual can take in using e cigarettes is limited to five milligrams. Smokers are trying to find another way to get their fix that doesn’t involve dealing with the chemicals and toxins found in tobacco smoke. Electronic cigarettes offer that type of alternative.
But, do electric cigarettes really cut down how much addictive smoke you consume? It depends on your definition of addictive. If you discover that you need the occasional puff of a cigarette to feel normal, then probably electronic cigarettes are not the best option for you.
